Any time from August to May, Camp Eagle can provide a stress-free setting--away from the city lights, congestion, and constant phone calls and emails. With exceptional food, spacious meeting rooms, and affordable pricing, Camp Eagle can cater your trip to meet your business’s goals.
Located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country just two hours west of San Antonio, Camp Eagle provides a prime setting for corporate retreats, seminars, conferences, and company picnics. Whether it’s an incentive trip for your staff full of adventure and team-building activities, or a rejuvenating getaway for your team to focus and recharge, Camp Eagle offers the flexibility to provide a diverse range of fun and relaxing possibilities.
If adventure is your staff’s calling, they may find themselves bonding while rappelling down our 85 foot natural limestone cliff or making memories as they speed across our Zip 3000, Texas’ longest zip line. If team building is your main goal, our staff can lead your team through unique experiences encouraging trust, cohesion, and confidence along the way.
On the other hand, if a relaxing getaway better meets your staff’s needs, they can break away from the busyness and rejuvenate around a campfire under the stars instead. With 1400 acres at your disposal, your team can take a serene wilderness hike to watch the sunset over miles of rolling hills on one of our numerous hiking trails, or simply rest on our redwood deck overlooking the Nueces River listening the sounds of nature.

Corporate groups have the option of choosing from a variety of lodging at any of our four campuses:
On the Group Camp campus, groups can choose to bunk together in our dorms (sleeps 12), cabins (sleeps 14), or in our hotel-style rooms, featuring a king size bed and private bath. With it's ability to house almost 600 people, this is our largest campus.
The Individual Camp campus is just a short walk over the suspension bridge from Group Camp. It boasts new log cabins equipped to sleep 14. Each cabin has a private bathroom, which includes three sinks, two showers and two toilets. This campus has a more intimate and secluded atmosphere, with the ability to accommodate 112 people.
The Wilderness campus is a more rustic option. Here you will find 21 open-air screen shelters (18 with electricity, 3 without) close to a centrally located bathhouse. Each shelter has 3-5 bunk-style beds.
The Yurt Village campus is our newest addition to Camp Eagle. This secluded section sits right on the Nueces River and allows guests to stay in authentic yurts. Groups gain a more unique and adventurous experience in this enclave of Camp Eagle.
Competitor magazine declared Camp Eagle as "Texas' best adventure destination." With 1400 acres of rugged Hill Country along with natural caves, a quarter mile of 150' tall limestone cliff, and 1.5 miles of the crystal clear Nueces River, Camp Eagle has more natural resources jammed into one space than most camps across the nation.
Camp Eagle offers meeting rooms suited for various needs. Your Retreat Coordinator will choose the meeting room that best suits your needs and insures optimal comfort across the board for all of our guests. If you do have a particular request for your meeting space, please let us know. The set up of each meeting room is flexible, so please let us know your preferences so that it can be ready for you upon your arrival!
The standard base cost for a retreat includes the exclusive usage of one meeting space per group. Additional meeting spaces can be reserved for an extra fee of $500 per meeting room. Talk to your retreat coordinator for more information.
