Competitor magazine declared Camp Eagle as "Texas' best adventure destination." With 1400 acres of rugged Hill Country along with natural caves, a quarter mile of 150' tall limestone cliff, and 1.5 miles of the crystal clear Nueces River, Camp Eagle has more natural resources jammed into one space than most camps across the nation.
Camp Eagle offers more activities than families can cram into a weekend. With the longest zipline in Texas, rappeling for all ages, disc golf over rugged terrain, a super swing, hosted games and waterfront activities—no doubt some shut-eye will be in order. Activities offered vary per event.
Open for reservation: hotel-style rooms (as available), and dormitories overlook the crystal-clear Nueces River and are close to many of the prime activity areas. Each dormitory bunks twelve and is fully climate controlled. Screened cabins, on-site tenting and RV spaces also available.
Camp Eagle is an adventure camp and recognizes the value of good fuel for the body. For events where meals are offered, talented cooks prepare a wide variety of tasty, nutritious options. Meals are served at the main dining hall overlooking the Nueuces river or on site as event permits.
