Oct 21-23, 2022 Refocus and reinvest in each other in the beauty of creation, away from the grind that daily life brings. Father Son Retreat

March 24-26, 2023 The Camp Eagle Father Son weekend is designed for you to leave distractions and worries behind so that you can grow closer to the Lord and your son. You’ll get to participate in exciting outdoor adventures such as rappeling off an 85 ft cliff, fishing from a kayak, and ziplining through the hill country! Included throughout the weekend will be spiritual leadership and teaching during the sessions; as well as Father Son bonding through sharing meals and quality time in the great outdoors.

Preparing Your Camper

We want your camper (and you) to enjoy Camp Eagle. So, here's our advice on how to prep your camper for adventure at camp!

Your adventure begins when you turn off the pavement at HWY 41 and Hackberry Road, where you will travel eight miles down our dirt road.


We offer a one-way camper pick up service for some summer camps. Contact us for more information!

What to pack

Attending a camp or retreat? This is our basic packing list:

  • Twin size bedding or sleeping bag 
  • Pillow
  • Towel & washcloth
  • Comfy clothes—plan for warmer days + cooler evenings & mornings
  • Swimsuit 
  • Comfy shoes—closed-toe preferred—you can hike in
  • Spending money for the camp store & coffee shop
  • Personal toiletries, medications, & first aid supplies
  • Flashlight
  • Bible, notebook, & pen
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Sunscreen & bug spray

  • You’ll need your cell phones for the trip but once you’re here, we suggest you leave it in your room.
