Energizer Retreat

Ideal for: Educators and Their Families       |       Ages: All Ages       |       Dates: February 25-27, 2022

Relax. Recharge. Relate. Rejoice.

Experience inspiring lessons in one of the greatest classrooms on earth – God’s natural creation.

This outdoor adventure getaway is a perfect opportunity for educators and their families to take time away from the everyday stresses that are part of leading a school or classroom, and to cultivate that sense of clarity, meaning, and purpose that can only be found in God’s Word.

When was the last time you took time for yourself?

Of all the jobs, one of the hardest is teaching. And we know that among you hard-working teachers, too many of you take too little time for yourselves. So we created a perfect time and place for you to recharge and refocus. An adventure retreat designed for teachers and their families to spend time together in an inspiring and spiritually rejuvenating weekend where you can grow your relationship with Christ.

Bring 3 For Free

As a way to say “Thank You” to all of you who serve tirelessly in our nation’s education systems, we’re delighted to offer all educators a “Bring 3 For Free” deal for our Educator’s Energizer Retreat that allows you to bring yourself and two other persons from your school for free. Use it as a time to get away, plan with teammates, enjoy our activities, meet others, or escape into the mountains for adventure and solitude. This time is YOUR time, and we are here to serve however we can.

Your retreat is totally flexible so that you can get the most relaxation out of your trip. Feel free to participate in as much or as little of what we have planned as you like.  The important thing is that you relax, unwind and spend time with God – whether alone or in a group. We just want you to be spiritually and physically refreshed.

Camp Eagle is located right in the heart of Texas, a place with so much natural beauty created by the hand of God. Scenic wonder and natural beauty abound in Texas’ Hill County and just about any road one takes to camp leads through charming towns loaded with character and down-home Texas hospitality. Places like Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Wimberly and many more dot the map as you make your way to and from Camp. And Texas treasures like The Lost Maples, Enchanted Rock, Hamilton Pool, Pedernales Falls, or Garner State Park can be found along most any highway.

Underground Maze

Ever been in an abandoned mine? Take your friends and a glow stick or two and find your way through the labyrinth of tunnels in our underground maze. Knock on the walls to find the secret door, or slide down the shaft into a new room! How fast can you and your team get through the maze?

Sherpa Trek

Catch the explorer’s spirit as your group is connected to a cable as they help each other traverse across a trail that runs along a cliff’s edge 75 feet above the river.

Arrow TAG

We are hunters, and adventure is our game. We are unstoppable, and you are our prey. Take aim and bring 'em down. Before they get you!

Your heart pounds as you overcome your nerves and step off the cliff. What were you thinking? Total focus. Step by step. Now you're down, confident. Again!

Zip 3K

The biggest zip line at Camp Eagle! From the top of our zip tower at one of the highest points in the area, fly across the beautiful Texas hill country at up to 55 mph. The views are legendary!
