Hotel Style

Our Trinity Hotel provides a comfortable space to relax with views of the Nueces River. These are hotel-style rooms, with a full private bathroom and the option of two twin-size beds or one king-size bed. Some rooms are adjoining to accommodate families needing multiple rooms. Our rooms allow your family to be close to the action and provide an opportunity for fellowship and community with other families.

Dorm Style

Camp Eagle has room for more than 500 overnight guests across 5 dorms. Many of our dorms are bunk-style. Please reach out to our retreat staff for more information on private dorm rooms for your group or family.

Tent Camping, Screen Shelters, & RV Spots

With 38 camping locations, 6 RV spots, and 14 screened-in shelters, there is no shortage of budget-friendly accommodations for you and your family.

Guests need a lot of fuel to power them through their outdoor activities. Our Director of Food Services plans a diverse menu to meet the cravings of all of our guests. The dining hall provides three meals a day plus dessert. A special diet room is available for guests to store food allergy-friendly meals and snacks when necessary. Fruit is available at all meals, and a salad bar is open during lunch and dinner. Gluten-free meal alternatives will be made available for guests upon request.

Guests have the opportunity each day to stop by The Nest to purchase snacks, smoothies, and treats.

Attending a retreat? This is our basic packing list:

• Twin-size bedding or sleeping bag 
• Pillow
• Towel & washcloth
• Comfy clothes—plan for warmer days + cooler evenings & mornings
• Swimsuit 
• Comfy shoes—closed-toe preferred—you can hike in
• Spending money for the camp store & coffee shop
• Personal toiletries, medications, & first aid supplies
• Flashlight
• Bible, notebook, & pen
• Refillable water bottle
• Sunscreen & bug spray

Some families need help due to job loss or other circumstances. We can help. We offer tuition matching, military discounts, and individual aid for all programming.
