Spring Break Retreat FAQs

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes! Our goal is to make camp as safe as possible, but adventure activities have inherent risks. We ask that EVERYONE attending a retreat acknowledges this by reviewing and signing a waiver.

What should I bring?
  • Twin size bedding or sleeping bag (including pillow)
  • Towel/washcloth
  • Comfy clothes (During the day it is warm, with temperatures being cooler in the mornings and evenings.)
  • Swimsuit (for warmer weather)
  • Comfy shoes you can hike in (closed-toe shoes are preferred)
  • Spending money for the camp store and coffee shop
  • Personal toiletries, medications, and first aid supplies (The first aid clinic is not staffed in non-summer months.)
  • Flashlight
  • Bible, notebook, pen
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Sunscreen & Bug Spray
What should I NOT bring?

How often do you get to truly live off the grid? Let's enjoy it by leaving these items at home.

  • You’ll need your cell phones for the trip, but once you’re here, we suggest you leave it in your room.
  • Walkie Talkies
  • Knives, weapons, or anything sharp
  • Pets – not even little cute pets.
  • Alcohol or drugs
  • Your Own Harness / Helmet
  • MP3 players
  • Electronic Devices
Does Camp Eagle have health and safety guidelines?

We sure do! While we’re all here to have fun, build each other up, and encourage others in love, there are a few things that just won’t fly at Camp Eagle. Check out our Health and Safety policies!
